Aiblu has acquired 100% of AT Group, a legal consulting firm based in Catalonia that specializes in advising on data protection, e-commerce, and the national security framework.
With this acquisition, Aiblu consolidates its presence in the domestic market and expands its ability to serve both public and private clients. It also strengthens its position as one of the leading players in the field of regulatory compliance and digital legal security.
The transaction is part of the organic and inorganic growth plan that Aiblu has been implementing since Stellum Growth acquired a stake in the company in July 2023. The resulting group will have a turnover of 8 million euros, five offices, and a workforce of 85 professionals.
This acquisition is Aiblu’s second, following that of Segurdades in April 2025, and represents a new step in Aiblu’s consolidation strategy in the field of regulatory compliance and regulatory services.
AT Group has a solid track record in advising companies and public administrations on privacy, information security, and digital compliance. With its integration into Aiblu, the group strengthens its technical capabilities and expands its client base, as well as its regional presence in Catalonia.
