AIBLU has acquired 100% of Azentúa, a Madrid-based consulting firm specializing in sustainability and environmental engineering. With this transaction, AIBLU is launching a new strategic initiative focused on sustainability, strengthening its capabilities in the environmental sector and
rounding out its comprehensive ESG service offering, which already covered the social and governance areas.
The acquisition is part of the organic and inorganic growth plan the company has been implementing since Stellum Growth acquired a stake in the company in July 2023. Following the integration of Azentúa, the group will achieve a turnover of approximately 9 million euros, operate five offices, and employ nearly 100 professionals.
This is AIBLU’s third acquisition in the last two years, following the integrations of Segurdades in April 2025 and AT Group in March 2026, and represents a new step in its strategy to consolidate its position as a leading player in the field of regulatory compliance and regulatory services. The company remains actively seeking new opportunities for inorganic growth.
