Samuel has 5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance and is part of the Internal Audit department.

He is the internal auditor responsible for several entities supervised by the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

He participates in projects related to advice on securities market regulations and reviews compliance with CNMV regulations, MiFID Directive, market abuse detection regulations, FATCA regulations, etc.

He carries out projects for the preparation and adaptation of manual of internal control policies and procedures to regulatory developments.

He supports Aiblu’s training courses on regulatory compliance and participates in the drafting of the weekly newsletters.

In relation to his academic background, he has a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the University of Alcalá and completed his training with a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the University of Alcalá.

He speaks Spanish and English.
