On September 29, we held our in-person conference: “Challenges for Private Equity in the Face of SFDR 2.0 and Sustainability” at Casa Club de Madrid.
Together with SpainCap and Across Legal, we analyzed the main risks of greenwashing, the expectations of the CNMV and ESMA, and how asset managers can anticipate regulatory changes by strengthening the technical evidence and transparency of their sustainability strategies.
The event concluded with a breakfast and a networking session among industry professionals.
